DIY Remedies : Depuff Eyes + Rid Dark Circles

The other day my dad came up to me and said: "What is wrong with your eyes?" I was like: "What? Nothing". Had a panic and looked in the mirror. "They're normal, I always have purple under eyes" I said. Made me giggle. But when I am not feeling 100% or well rested for that matter, I have a few ways to fight back and relax while doing so. These are some at home remedies that work well for me and hopefully will work for you as well.

My Tried And True Remedies:

Cucumber Slices Place a cold slice over each eye and relax for about 10-15 minutes. I love to do this when I have got a nice relaxing mud mask on.

Cold Metal Spoons Place 2 metal spoons in the fridge and when they are cold place on eyes. Best feeling in the morning after a long night.

Almond Oil Apply a small amount over dark under eye circles after eye cream, before bed and then wash off with cold water in the morning.

Tea Bags Cool used teabags, I like to use black tea and cool in the fridge. Apply to eyes to depuff and refresh for 10-15 minutes.

Crushed Mint Leaves Apply a thin layer of crushed mint leaves over dark circles. You will need to leave on for about 10 minutes and then wipe off with a damp cold wash cloth.

Other Tips:

Eat Healthy
Stay Hydrated
Sleep Heaps

Love always,
