Crazy Cheap Mini Shoe Haul

Hey everyone!
Thought i'd share some shoes with you I purchased online and received in the mail last week. All 3 pairs were only $19.99NZD each.So including the shipping cost it worked out to be $68NZD for all 3. Good time to get in and get some fantastic deals (I'd be lying if I said I didn't have more shoes in my shopping cart haha). These black flats I purchased to wear at work. Glad I did because they are so freaking comfy.
These trainers I purchased just to run errands and kick back in. Again these are super, super comfy.
Can you tell I love animal print? These shoes are beautiful and I love the calf hair (just have to get them water proofed before wearing so I don't wreck them). The only thing with ordering Steve Madden online is i'd recommend trying the shoes on in store as the fit can sometimes be a tad weird.

Love always, Louise xoxo.

How I Organise : Food Edition

In this new series titled How I Organise, I will be sharing my organisation hacks that I use in all areas of my life. I am a crazy person when it comes to lists and organising. The first in this series is Food Edition. From getting meals sorted for dinner each night to writing my shopping list. Stay tuned and let's get organised!

The first thing I do is go to my chalk board sticker which is located on my fridge. It has the days of the week marked out and a space to write next to it (I found this one at Kmart but i'm sure you can find something simular, or even just a notebook would work)

I start with writing up dinner ideas. I always start with Thursday, which is always takeaways since I finish at 7pm. I don't go as in depth as writing which takeaways (I decide on the day). Then I go to write the meals for the rest of the week. If in doubt I get inspiration from online recipes and/or blogs. The asterisk (*) notifies me of what I still need to purchase ingredients for. Once…

Get Out Of That Rut Now!

When you get stuck in a rut it's sometimes really hard to pull yourself out of it. Motivation starts to lack. Negative & toxic thoughts creep in. Maybe you want to stay in bed more & not get up as early as you normally would. Maybe you just start sailing through things not giving anything you do your all. Whatever it is that happens when you're feeling like you're stuck in that darn rut, read on and you'll discover my top 5 tips for really getting up and kicking it after feeling like... Well... Meh.

Just Get Up & Do It
As much as this sounds like the last possible thing that you would ever want do to when you're just not feeling life and you're stuck in a rut, this is probably the most important tip. Just get up! Get out of bed and get that washing done. Get off the couch and get your daily tasks done. Even if you can't be bothered at that point in time, even if it's the last thing you want to do. Once you've done it you've done it (o…

What's In My Bag : Pink Louis Vuitton

Ello ello everyone! I'm back here today to do one of my favourite posts to read like EVER! You may have already guessed but i'm doing. It's a 'What's In My Bag'...

About the bag: If you're not interested just skip past but if you are i'll just tell you a wee bit about this bag... It is a Louis Vuitton Vernis in hot pink and it is in the reade pm. It looks pretty much a mini tote bag. It's really small, which is great for me because I hate carrying a lot around. If you are a minimalist like me, this could be the perfect bag for you. The measurements: 9" wide and 7" tall. The green bag charm I got from and literally the only reason I got it was, they gave me a $10 voucher to use and saw this for like $12 I think so I pretty much got a steal.

Now to the fun stuff...

1. 2016 Diary. I have tried so many different diarys and agendas and i'm yet to find one that I love. I have been looking at getting one of the Louis Vuitton agen…

My Top 5 Coconut Oil Tips & Tricks

So coconut oil was such a craze last year, everywhere on the net. For me it has been a staple in my beauty routine for years. So i'm back today to share my absolute favourite uses of this multi talented oil with you all. There are so many uses for coconut oil, I could go on and on (you all know I would). But these are my top 5 all time uses for coconut oil...

1. Makeup Remover
Unlike the typical makeup remover I use this method after I shower and wash off my makeup. First in the shower I pre-cleanse, using a makeup remover oil. After which I use my normal foaming cleanser. Once i'm out of the shower I rub maybe about half a teaspoon of coconut oil all over my face (including eyes and brows). I massage into my skin for about a minute after I apply to deeply recondition my skin. For the next step you need 2 cleansing wipes (I just use 2 cucumber and aloe baby wipes for this). Remove all coconut oil on the face and then eyes using one wipe. The second wipe is then used to take all…

Anorexia : My Story & Recovery

Disclaimer: This is my story and my story only. I wanted to share my story. Some content may be triggering.

I feel like this is going to be the longest blog post you will ever read ever in your life. I never had the urge to tell my story until last night, I was lying in bed thinking about my past and I felt like I needed to get it all out.
If you're like me and you've over come something massive in your life...
Looking back now or even thinking back, the years kind of blur together. Even looking back at it all now, doesn't feel real to me.
This isn't really where the journey of it all began because ever since I can remember (early teens) i've always had a bad relationship but body image and eating.
This is just where the years of true restricting began...
I was 17 years old. I had just became a qualified makeup artistry. Moved back to Rotorua (where I grew up and family lived). Got into a relationship and scored my dream job. Sounds great right?! I didn't know …
